what is intuitive eating?
Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework that helps you become more in tune with your body and heal your relationship with food. It focuses on your internal cues like hunger and fullness and moves away from external cues like food rules and restrictions. It follows a weight-neutral approach with a validated assessment scale that is supported by 125 studies to date.
