I focus on helping you heal your relationship with food and your body by using Intuitive Eating principles. If you are done with dieting but don’t know what else to do you have come to the right place. You deserve a life where you are at peace with food. 

Everyone’s situation is unique and requires an individualized approach. It is vital that I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate approach during our nutrition sessions. Step by step I am there to coach my clients along their journey to improve their relationship with food. For clients that are recovering from an eating disorder using Intuitive Eating may not be appropriate in the beginning stages of recovery. 

We work together and make goals that are attainable and realistic for you. My goal is to help guide you to be less stressed around food.

What is intuitive eating?

  • It’s a self-care eating framework that helps you become more in tune with your body and heal your relationship with food. Intuitive Eating focuses on your internal cues like hunger and fullness and moves away from external cues like food rules and restrictions.
